 NELSON SCHOOLS THEATRESPORTS COMPETITION- AUGUST 2012
Nelson schools are currently gearing up for the 2012 Theatresports Competition.
Body in Space runs this event in conjunction with Christchurch's Court Theatre and the winning teams have the opportunity to represent Nelson at the finals.
The season officially kicks off on Sunday 13th of May with an ALL-IN workshop at Fairfield House. All of the teams will come together for a 3-hour workshop with professional improvisor, Daniel Allan.
The teams will also receive an individual workshop in the lead-up to the competition.

JUNIOR- Thursday, August 2nd
SENIOR- Friday, August 3rd

| Nelson Theatre Sports Competition 2011- well done to all! | 
Congratulations to the Nelson College Junior team and the Motueka High School Senior team for taking out the top spots in this year's competition.
The standard of play was extremely high in both rounds. The senior competition came down to a nail-biting round of 'questions only' to decide the winner from very talented casts of Nelson College and Motueka High School students. Waimea College was hot on their heels and Nelson College for Girls got the largest laugh of the evening for their '... the lion, witch and the wardrobe' call.
Well done to all of the players, you all stepped up to the mark and created a great night of entertainment.
